About

Holliston, since the books were still paper

Sterling Services, Inc. has kept association records since 1987. The desk is still local: 567 Concord Street.

David Levy runs it. Boards call when a volunteer treasurer is tired, when a new trustee inherits a shoebox, or when the snow contract needs a second reading before it is signed again.

  • Monthly close before the board sits down
  • Vendors on a file, not in a trustee’s texts
  • A successor can open last year’s packet in an evening

We do not sell units and we do not stage open houses. The work is the association itself: money in, vendors out, minutes that match the vote, and a reserve line someone can explain without a slide.

Since 1987

Long enough that an annual packet is a habit, not a project.
